This one day workshop will provide students with simple and effective structural reflexology techniques designed to support healthy foot function and stimulate reflex activity by helping to release tension in the muscles and ligaments of the feet.
Shared with permission, this one example illustrates functional improvement for one of my students. The first print was taken prior to her taking Structural Reflexology Level I, and the second was taken at the end of the class, showing changes achieved during the training.
In the left set of foot prints, the darker inked areas show faulty weight distribution across her foot as she walks as well as reflex areas that may be affected. The foot prints on the right shows a more balanced distribution of weight throughout the foot and a dramatic improvement in how effectively her feet support and carry her body. She reported experiencing a significant improvement in her overall well-being.

Geraldine has been practicing and teaching reflexology since 1981. For the later 30 years her focus has been to guide her students to understand how the practice of Structural Reflexology® meets its primary goal of relieving stress in the feet and the body by using local and reflexive approaches. Her aim is to impart the coordinated relationship between foot muscles and their contributing role with reflex activity with the rest of the body.
Geraldine holds a Bachelor of Science in therapeutic recreation and is a licensed massage practitioner. She received a prestigious award at the 2019 International Council of Reflexologist Conference in Alaska for “Significant Contribution in the Field of Reflexology in Research.” She is also the recipient of the “Excellence in Education” award given to her by the Reflexology Association of America in 2021, and in 2025, Marquis “Who’s Who in America” recognized her for her outstanding contributions in advancing the field of reflexology.
Geraldine has spoken in a variety of health care forums on integrating reflexology with foot function and continues to introduce Structural Reflexology around the world. Both of Geraldine’s books, Put Your Best Feet Forward, and her most recent book, Free-Range Feet have been received favorably by both health care professionals and the layperson.
